1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player using real-world payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, or USDT TRC20.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and conducted by crazy77 before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and crazy77. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any feature of the crazy77 Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein.

These Terms & Conditions apply together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific betting rules that may be posted on the Platform from time to time.

If you are accessing crazy77 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the crazy77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence;

• Are not employees, officers, directors, or agents of crazy77, or immediate family members of such persons.

crazy77 is obligated under its PAGCOR license to conduct age verification and identity checks on all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, driver's license, or passport) to complete KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access real-money games on crazy77, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active crazy77 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. crazy77 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void associated bets, and forfeit any remaining balances where duplicate accounts are identified.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. crazy77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify crazy77 immediately through our support channel if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Account Suspension & Closure

crazy77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

5. Deposits & Payments

crazy77 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) and USDT via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. crazy77 will not process deposits from accounts that do not match the registered Player's identity documents.

crazy77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers our anti-money laundering (AML) detection systems or where source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name and matching the identity documents on file. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID. crazy77 targets same-day processing for verified GCash and Maya withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take one to three banking days depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• crazy77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts as required by PAGCOR AML guidelines.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if unusual account activity is detected pending investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

crazy77 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the account.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the crazy77 Platform are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. crazy77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the result of that round will be recorded and applied once connectivity is restored. crazy77 is not liable for losses attributable to a Player's internet connection failure.
• Bets placed and confirmed on the Platform are final. Errors made by a Player in placing a bet — such as selecting the wrong stake amount or market — cannot be reversed once the bet has been accepted.
• crazy77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error due to a technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, or data feed error.
• For sports betting markets, crazy77 follows standard industry settlement rules. Specific sport rules governing void bets, postponed events, and partial results are available in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crazy77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of crime. crazy77 complies fully with Philippine AML laws and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live tables, or any multi-player game.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions through coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or other manipulative strategies.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on the Platform without human interaction.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the Platform's systems, databases, or security infrastructure.

10. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license terminates immediately upon closure of your account or suspension of your access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crazy77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

crazy77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

crazy77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. crazy77 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

13. Privacy & Data

crazy77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

crazy77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities as required by Philippine law, with payment processors to facilitate transactions, and with third-party service providers engaged to operate the Platform under strict confidentiality obligations.

14. Amendments to Terms

crazy77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the crazy77 Platform shall first be submitted to crazy77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Players who have unresolved complaints regarding crazy77's regulatory compliance may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
